  2. Mr. Wu is the Deputy Director (Technical Services) within CLP Power Hong Kong Limited. He is responsible for providing various technical services to support power network reliability and critical operation of other business units within the organization. The areas covered include power system protection, power quality, telecommunications, digital control and automation, high voltage electrical testing, fault diagnosis and repair of 400kV, 132kV & 11kV transmission & distribution power systems and their associated equipment, security operation and systems; as well as metering operation and systems for internal and external customers. Prior to his current role, he has taken various positions within the company in different areas, including regulatory strategy, business strategy & planning, marketing & customer services and energy efficiency & conservation. He has also been the Director of CLP Energy Services and Technology (Shenzhen) Limited – a company providing energy efficiency advisories and technology services to large energy users in Southern China. Prior to joining CLP, he worked for the management consulting company McKinsey & Co. in the Greater China region and utility industry in New Zealand and Australia. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the Tsinghua University in Beijing, China and an MBA from the University of Rochester in USA & University of Otago in New Zealand. His hobby include swimming, travel and reading.
