The goal of black economic empowerment plan is to correct inequalities that were placed on the population in the past by way of policies or systems of segregation and discrimination on grounds of race. Purpose of Black Economic Empowerment Program In the past, the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowermentstrategy has claimed to be the leaders of, and to improve the economic position of black people in America’s economic system. The main aim of this plan was to ensure that the economy was structured as well as transformed, so that it would enable a structure that created more jobs and opportunities where we would be able to pull ourselves out of the horrible pit of oppression that exist. That has never happened. In fact it was never meant to happen. Black economic empowerment programsoften called code of good practice for the empowerment of black people. Every human should have equal rights irrespective of class, caste or creed. To keep in mind this empowerment plan has emerged for the right to equality and fulfils the formal element of equality by creating a basis of equal treatment.
