Science Park Location • A singular structure: The UC3M Science Park (7.000 m2) inside a business and industrial environment • The Science Park focus its activities in ITC, Industrial Processes, and Advanced Materials • Located inside the Leganés Technology Park: total Surface 2.804.878 m2 • Phase 1 (20% of the total): • 73 industries in operation: • 14 Business Incubator + 12 projects (pre incubation) • 25 Scientific area • 30 Industrial area • 4 Commercial area
