Brontosaurus • Name Meaning: Deceptive Lizard • Type: Plant Eater • Lived in Jurassic Time Period • Swallowed stones to help grind up food instead of chewing • Long whip-like tail was used as a weapon • Known to many as “Long necks” Return to Main Menu
Stegosaurus • Name Meaning: Roofed Lizard • Type: Large plant-eating dinosaur • Soft Vegetation diet • Spikes on the tail were used as weapons • Had no teeth in the front, just a beak • Thick legs held up the weight reducing it’s speed Return to Main Menu

Gallimimus • Name Meaning: Chicken Mimic • Ornithomimosaur (Ostrich-like) • Toothless beaks, long and slender fingers, walked on 2 legs • Small head well suited for digging in the mud for food • Diet: plants and animals • Lived in the late Cretaceous period Return to Main Menu
