  2. Meeting Etiquette • Remember: If you are not speaking, please keep your phone on mute • Do not put your phone on hold. If you need to take a call, hang up and dial in again when finished with your other call • Hold = Elevator Music = frustrated speakers and participants • This meeting is being recorded • Another reason to keep your phone on mute when not speaking • Use the “Chat” feature for questions, comments and items you would like the moderator or other participants to know. • Send comments to All Panelists so they can be addressed publically in the chat, or discussed in the meeting (as appropriate). Announcements • We will be meeting on Friday Nov 22, 2013 from 4-5 ET to finalize and vote on all remaining ballot comments • Next Thursday HeD Meeting Canceled • Our we were granted an off-cycle ballot for the January HL7 meeting • Our ballots will be due December 19th • Ballot will open on December 20th • We presented at AMIA yesterday with positive review and feedback

  5. HL7 Use Case 1 Update • We will need to publish UC 1 based on recent HL7 updates – this will happen sometime in December • Once we publish we will the republish in January (time and resources permitting) • Based on modularization discussions with TACOMA

HeD Use Case 2 Timeline • Ballot reconciliation targeted for completion by 11/24 and publication of UC1 and UC2 artifacts in early-mid December • 184 comments to be reconciled • There will be a Ballot Reconciliation call Friday 11/22, 4-5pm ET, specifically for the voting & reconciliation of comments on the vMR Templates • Continue to communicate between QI and HeD initiatives to ensure proper harmonization and development of the QI model
