  2. Dilation • Dilation is when the size changes but never the shape. It can enlarge or reduce.

  3. Translations • Translation you can slide it left or right no matter how you translate it you will never change the size or weight!

  4. Reflection • Reflection you can flip it over the X and Y axis or in any QI,QII,QIII,QIV

  5. Enlargement V.S Reduction! • Reductions are <1 so the scale factor would be like ¼ or 1/3 • ENLARGEMENTS ARE >1!

  6. Perimeter • Area you divide the new by the original to get your new figures measurements • Perimeter you would use proportions to find out how they are effected .
