  1. 北市國小五、六年級學童飲食、體位及血脂值相關性之研究北市國小五、六年級學童飲食、體位及血脂值相關性之研究 • 本研究主要目的在探討台北市國小五、六年級學童飲食型態,以了解學童飲食攝取、體位值及血脂值之關係,並探討學童肥胖症之盛行率,以供日後營養研究之參考。抽樣調查台北市國小五年級學童,於民國81年 12月利用24小時飲食回憶法收集學童飲食資料,測量學童身高、體重、三頭肌皮下脂肪厚度(TSF ),抽血分析學童血脂值。82年 9月再對北市同一群受試者進行一次調查,以作為追蹤比較。結果顯示,在飲食攝取方面:學童脂質攝取有偏高趨勢,佔總熱量百分比33%以上;醣類攝取則有偏低之趨勢,約佔總熱量53%。體位值與血脂值相關分析:男、女學童兩次調查之體重、 BMI及TSF 皆與血清三酸甘油酯成正相關性( P<0.05 ),而與HDL-膽固醇成負相關( P <0.05)。肥胖盛行率,男生於兩次調查各為21.4%、21.6%,女生於兩次調查則各為18.9%、14.9%。消瘦症的盛行率在男生亦高達11 .8?15.1%,而女生亦達到4.8?6.2%,顯示學童營養不均衡的現象仍待改善。
