Introduction Preparing a meal for kids is a very challenging task because they always deny eating any things. Now you have to prepare something interesting to impress or encourage the child to eat. If you are a parent you know it very well healthy meal for kid always satisfies the whole family. We all know that kids love pizza, burgers, cheese, and many other fast foods. This is your responsibility to encourage them to eat healthy by preparing a tasty healthy meal. In this presentation, we have mentioned inside read the Mexican rice recipe for the dinner that your little one will love.
Mexican Rice It is quick and easy to cook meals for your child. Here are the ingredients You will need. • 1 cup Long grain rice– • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil • Finely chopped 2 – 3 medium size tomatoes • 1 cup corn kernels • Half cup of green bell peppers • Half cup red bell peppers • Half cup yellow bell peppers • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds • 1 tablespoon jalapeno peppers • 2 cups of water • One-fourth cup of coriander leaves • 2 tablespoon lime juice
After the ingredients now is the time to prepare it to serve: Wash the rice, and drain it properly try to make the grains of rice dry. Heat the oil into the pan. Put the rice into it and sauté it for 5 to 6 minutes. Add on all the ingredients like Jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, and corn sauté well for 2 minutes. After that add on the salt, cumin seeds powder, and tomatoes stir it will for a better mix. Keep stirring till the tomato's water dry out. Now add on 2 cups of water, low the flame and stir it properly. Put a lid on for 10 minutes or till the water dried. Now take the lid off and stir it well for 2 to 3 minutes. Add on the coriander leaves, and lime/lemon juice and mix it well. Hurray! Mexican rice is ready to serve your little munchkin. Hope you will enjoy it with your kids.
