Assistant Director of Academic Advising Qualifications Duties Advises students and manages multiple major curricular/co-curricular projects. The Assistant/Associate Director is responsible for interfacing and collaborating with the faculty and other school and university administrators on co-curricular issues, such as student coaching, financial aid, admissions, residential life issues, honor and judicial code matters, athletic advising, club activities, and case competition/conference development. In addition, this staff member may play a role in curriculum development issues, depending on background and expertise. A MS/MA or MBA and at least two years experience in educational administration, curriculum review and development, assessment and/or college student services, preferably in a business school environment. Duties: The Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance (SVPAF) reports to the University President and is responsible for the combined functions of administrative and financial affairs for Fontbonne University and the system, responsible for overseeing the establishment and oversight of sound systems of accounting, financial operations and reporting, budgetary reporting and control, human resources management, logistical services, information technology and communications, and facilities planning and management. The SVPAF has significant input into budgetary planning, oversight, and control, under the direction of the President.
