TEB SOU Information NAVADMIN 236/18 explains the requirement for the Navy’s new SOU for transferability You may access the SOU at: https://myeducation.netc.navy.mil/webta/home.html#nbb After completing the SOU, you MUST submit/resubmit your TEB request If your SOU was previously denied, you cannot resubmit it.
