  9. Use the LARC principles to expand LARC into all other programs

  10. We are focused on increasing the number of people on ART through increased efficiency – doing more with less

LARC principles are transferable to all health/facility issues • Programs: • HIV program – LEAP, PMTCT, Retention, HTS-Pos • Others- STOP TB, Malaria, Cancer • National level: • UHC- targeting acceptable/quality services at: • >8000 facilities • >2400 Labs • County Level • Establish 12 pilot sites as LARC Centers of Excellence

To Keep LARC fire burning • Own initiative at facility, County and National levels • Scale up from trained teams and champions • Each team to identify new gaps to keep flame burning at their facility • National programs to adopt LARC • Leverage on all available resources but also allocate specific LARC funds
