Pamela Chiesi Experience in Consultancy Pamela Chiesi has fifteen years’ experience working for three prestigious consultancies: Towers Perrin Strategy Consulting – Pharmaceutical Practice; Scient Corporation; and Cambridge-Pharma Consultancy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering, Ann, Arbor, Michigan in 1986, and was a member of the Eta Kappa Nu Electrical Engineering Honor Society.Part of her job included taking account of clinical differentiators, market access, pricing, reimbursement, RWE and competitor actions.

  2. Pamela Chiesi Moving to the Forex Industry Pamela Chiesi worked in the biopharmaceutical industry for fifteen years before making the switch to move to the Forex industry. She left her job as a biopharma commercialization strategist in 2009 to pursue a career along with her fiancé, Mitchell Vazquez in the Forex industry. She embraced the change in her career and took it as an opportunity to learn a new industry. In 2009, Pamela Chiesi decided to leave consulting and started working with her fiancé Mitchell Vazquez in the Forex industry. She took this change as an opportunity to learn a new industry and quickly built a successful career for herself in the Forex industry.

Pamela Chiesi Educated Professional Pamela Chiesi was born in Brooklyn, New York and attended Unqua Elementary School, and McKenna Jr High School in Massapequa; and Binghamton High School, Binghamton, New York. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1986 and went on to finish her Master of Business Administration at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

  4. Pamela Chiesi First-Generation American Pamela Chiesi is a first generation American on her mother’s side, and a second generation American on her father’s side. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, College of Engineering, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Prior to working as a consultant in the biopharma industry, she was an electrical engineer with IBM writing fiber optic channel microcode for mainframe computers.According to her, the challenge for the drug industry is to defend a premium price without sacrificing access or volume. The drug industry’s strategy is to develop superior products which can be sold at a premium price. As a speaker at the conference, Pamela Chiesi said, “predictably, payers are applying management tools to curtail the growth in budget impact, thereby putting pharma profits at risk.”
