  16. HOW TO MEDIATE For two students, somewhat serious situations Establish ground rules (no interrupting) Person A tells their side; you reflect Person B tells their side; you reflect Let them work out a solution Pray; reaffirm; apologies if necessary Beyond Crowd Control

  17. WHEN EXPLOSIONS HAPPEN Isolate the person(s) causing the problem. De-escalate. Give them space to calm down. Find leader. Talk to other parties one-on-one. Beyond Crowd Control
