  3. Member Enrollment Process • Have members fill out CNCS Member Enrollment Form • Programs must verify member eligibility • Enter member enrollment information into WBRS (more details on WBRS next month)

  4. Member Orientation to AC Program • CNCS/MCSC expectations • Program/site specific information • Documentation • Sense of Corps

  5. Member Orientation to Site • Site Checklist • Site expectations • Introduction to office/staff • Office procedure/systems • Organizational structure • Facilitating member/program data collection

Pre-Service Member Training • Goals of Member Training • Build a sense of Corps • Provide an understanding of program’s Performance Measures • Provide an understanding of member’s role in meeting Performance Measures • Equip members with the skills to carry out their service • Provide information about how to work with the community/volunteers
