  2. 馬太 Matthew 5:21-22 21你們聽過有這樣吩咐古人的話：「不可殺人，殺人的必被判罪」22可是我告訴你們，凡是向弟兄發怒的，必被判罪。人若說弟兄是「拉加」，必被公議會審判；人若說弟兄是「摩利」，必難逃地獄的火。 (新譯本) 21 You have heard that the ancients were told, “You shall not commit murder” and “Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.” 22 But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing (Rhaka)’ shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool (Moros)’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell. (NASB)

  16. 馬太 Matthew 5:38-42 38你們聽過有這樣的吩咐：「以眼還眼，以牙還牙」39可是我告訴你們，不要與惡人對抗，有人打你的右臉，把另一邊也轉過來讓他打；40有人要告你，想拿你的襯衫(裡衣)，就連外套(外衣)也讓他拿去。41有人要強迫你走一里路，就陪他走兩里。42有求你的，就給他；想借貸的，也不可拒絕。38 You have heard that it was said, “An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.” 39 But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, let him have your coat also. 41 Whoever forces you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks of you, and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you.

  18. The Main message is not to retaliate but to forgive – and even willing to do extra. We win people over with love, not with force We are willing to be taken advantage on願意吃虧 In a imperfect world: Judicial system, guidelines, boundaries still need to be set – so no one will continue to take advantage on others, and we do not put ourselves in danger Challenges us: How much can we be true to Jesus’ teaching – putting the interest of others before ours
