  7. Chancerygate Project The Challenge The client was developing a large industrial site and was struggling with getting the planning permission from the local council. So, they required an application which can demonstrate the complete site with interactive element. The same application was to be used to market these units to potential customers, globally. Panther Studio Solution After fully understanding the challenge, YP developed AR / VR based solution via an interactive application. Exterior colour scheme option was also provided to help get the planning permission approved quicker. Office interior and warehouse layouts were also implemented into the app to market the site to potential customers. Impact Planning was approved and the app was launched on App Store within 5 weeks and customer engagement has begun. The app has helped the client sell 60% of the units and has shown greater interest by customers to download and interact with the AR/VR feature. After successful implementation, YP has landed further projects from the client
