Palm Valley Project Panther Studio Solution After fully understanding the challenge, YP developed AR / VR based solution via an app. A branded individualized VR cardboard was created at a cost less than brochure. Customer engagement was managed and database was shared with the client to drive targeted sales efforts. The Challenge The client in Kenya was developing a large scale high end residential development. Communication of the overall vision of the estate and hence the off-plan sales was proving to be difficult. A 360 degree flythrough took 8 months and lots of $$$ to develop with no clear ROI evaluation. Impact An app was launched on App Store within 4 weeks & customer engagement has begun. The interest level is already higher and there is a clear measurement of ROI on the costs incurred. Novelty factor of AR / VR in the market is driving up interest.

  16. Chancerygate Project The Challenge The client was developing a large industrial site and was struggling with getting the planning permission from the local council. So, they required an application which can demonstrate the complete site with interactive element. The same application was to be used to market these units to potential customers, globally. Impact Planning was approved and the app was launched on App Store within 5 weeks and customer engagement has begun. The app has helped the client sell 60% of the units and has shown greater interest by customers to download and interact with the AR/VR feature. After successful implementation, YP has landed further projects from the client Panther Studio Solution After fully understanding the challenge, YP developed AR / VR based solution via an interactive application. Exterior colour scheme option was also provided to help get the planning permission approved quicker.   20. Residential Project The Challenge The client was based in USA and wanted to refurbish his newly bought property in India. Frequent travelling was an issue so YP was involved to come with a solution where travelling can be minimized. The application was to show the accurate colour scheme, finishes, fixtures and level of detail for the client to approve and get the interior designer to replicate the same on site. Yellow Panther Solution YP developed VR based solution via an application where Customer engagement was managed with our team, their interior designers and contractors. The app allowed the client to interact with the interior designer & their expectation was managed seamlessly. Impact The app was used an interactive and solution tool to agree on finishes, fixtures, ambience, etc. During the entire fit out of the property, because of this app, client only had to travel once, which usually requires 8-10 site visits. Substantial money was saved which resulted in a great case study for Yellow Panther.
