Solution? • Three on-goingprojects • ~50 apartments at Otakaari 18 extension • Building hopefullystartsearly 2013 • 170(+180) at Jätkäsaari • In co-operation with HOAS • Building startslate 2014, earliest • 200-250 (out of 400-500) in Aalto Village • HOAS, Aalto, Espoo city • Delays – 2015 earliest
