2. DIRECTOR’S PROFILE Dr. Archana Aravindan, MBBS, Master in Public Health is the founder director of Impact paramedical and Health Institute. She has a vast work experience of working in the field of Public Health in both private and Government sector. She has worked as consultant with WHO in various programs for over 3 years and has also served in the National Center for Disease Control, Ministry of Health and family Welfare as Public Health Specialist for more than 10 years. She ventured in the field of education through with an extensive experience of con- ducting trainings and health awareness programs across the country on various diseases like Polio, Influenza and Ebola. She believes that paramedical professionals are the backbone of any health system and visions to provide quality paramedical and allied health professionals for the fast paced healthcare industry through quality train- ing and skill based teaching. Dr. Nipun Choudhry is an Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Specialist, Hospital Administrator and Chief of Academics at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. He has an extensive administrative and academic experience. He envisioned the quality education in the field of paramedical sciences because of his extensive experience. As the academic advisor to IPHI he has been the guiding light and the torch bearer in the growth of the institute and its students. He is also a health and wellness motivational speaker and thus he always emphasiz- es and encourages the students to stay motivated and build their skill with the quality training provided at IPHI. MLT Skill Lab Our students are trained to the latest medical lab techniques in the medical diag- nostic laboratory which is equipped with high resolution automatic microscopes, autoclaves, ovens, pipettes, fully computerized heamoto analyzer, hormones ana- lyzer, electrolytes analyzer, calorimeters, slides preparation, advanced diagnostic kits, phlebotomy sets. The students are provided with hands on training on all the equipments so that the students get first hand experience for better learning. Radiology Skilling Lab IPH has an in house X -Ray machine for the radiology department.The students learn to identify and interpret X ray images of different parts of the body. The basics of X-Ray is taught through practical’s in the radiology laboratory to enable the student become professionally ready. Dialysis Skill Lab The dialysis laboratory of IPHI is fully equipped with all techniques of heamo dialy- sis, peritoneal dialysis, AV fistulas etc. The lab is having an in house fully automatic heamo dialysis machine, dialyzer, peritoneum dialysis for training its students. Ophthalmology Skill Lab Our students are trained and exposed to latest optometry techniques, refraction techniques, ophthalmic surgeries with in house trial sets, retinoscope, automatic slit lamp, ophthalmic nerves sets, colour blind charts, snellen charts, lensometer etc.

6. Physiotherapy Skill Lab The physiotherapy laboratory is fully equipped with all machines and equip- ment’s required for learning all rehabilitation techniques by a physiotherapist. The laboratory is equipped as per standards to provide hands on training in various physiotherapy techniques. Library Institute's air-conditioned and spacious library is well-stocked with all essential and supplementary medical books, related magazines, and other reading materi- als. 15. GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Minimum Age for admission: 17 years. 2. Candidates who have appeared for class 10th & 12th the examination and waiting for results may also apply. 3. The institute reserves the right to make any changes/amendments in terms and condition and fees of course at anytime. 4. The Institute may make mandatory the submission of any certificates or documents before or at the time of the admission or afterwards, for the purpose of admission or otherwise, as decided by the Management. 5. Students undertake/certify that the documents submitted by him/her are original / genuine and not fake and to the best of his/her knowledge. If found otherwise the fees of the student shall be forfeited and separate legal action would be taken by the institute. 6. Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if student fails to submit relevant documents or otherwise if fails to fulfill any condition. 7. Candidate with aggregate marks of 65% and above in class Xth and XIIth are eligible for scholarship. 8. The Fees once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. 9. Failure to pay fees by due date shall result in imposition of fine. 10. Institute will charge the fee for various facilities like re-exam/backlog etc. as decided from time to time. 11. Respective Fee is to be paid at the beginning of each semester. Fee once paid will not be refundable. Discontinuation from the course will involve for feiting of the fees paid. 12. The Management reserves the right to change/modify the fee and rules during the period of course. 13. Students is required to inform the institute about any changes in his/her contact details including permanent/correspondence/PG address, email-id at any point of time. 14. Student should keep himself/herself well versed with the updates in the Institute through our notice board/website.Institute is not responsible for any individual intimation of information. 15. Students shall dress appropriately in the Institute premises and maintain personal cleanliness and neatness. 16. The Institute shall not be responsible for the loss of personal property of the students or injury sustained by a student with in or out side the campus. 17. Medium of instruction: Medium of instruction will be English. 18. A candidate shall be eligible for appearing in semester examination if the attendence is at least 75% and if his/her fees for that particular semester is complete. 19. In the event of any disputes between the parties the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. 20. No stipend will be paid to students during the period of training.
