  2. IBPS PO Exam Pattern Bank PO is one of the most demanding govt jobs we have in our country. Every year IBPS conducts their exams once in a year for different posts and IBPS PO is one of them. The candidates who want to secure a job in the prestigious public sector bank can go for IBPS PO. According to the IBPS PO official notification, there are total 4336 vacancies was released by the organization. The exam is only conducted in the online mode. Before applying for the IBPS PO makes sure to check the Eligibility criteria for IBPS PO.

  3. IBPS PO Exam Pattern IBPS Divided the Exam process into three major parts that are :- 1. Preliminary Exams 2. Mains Exams 3. Interview A candidate has to clear all three-part to become an IBPS PO. So, Let’s talk about the preliminary exam first

  4. IBPS PO Exam Pattern IBPS PO Preliminary Exam The preliminary exam is basically qualifying in nature. You must pass this exam to sit in the mains. To pass the preliminary exam you have to cross all three sectional cut-offs as well as the overall cut-off. The pre-exam has three sections: - 1. Quantitative Aptitude. – 30 marks 2. English Language. – 35 marks 3. Reasoning Ability. – 35 marks

  5. IBPS PO Exam Pattern The total time duration in the Preliminary exam is One hour. 20 mins for each section The preliminary exam is off 100 marks and every year IBPS provides the cut-off list for all categories. If you passed the exam, then you are eligible to download the mains admit card.

Because IBPS PO mains marks carry a huge part in the final cut-off. The Mains shortlisted candidates go further in the final Interview round

  7. IBPS PO Exam Pattern The Mains Exam consists of 5 sections:- 1. English language 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation 3. Reasoning and Computer Aptitude 4. General Awareness 5. English language (Letter writing)

  8. IBPS PO Exam Pattern The total time duration is 3 hours 30 minutes for the mains exam. Each section is separately timed as well. There will be negative marking in both sections 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. You have to clear both sectional as well as an overall cut-off to crack the IBPS PO mains exam. The Final Interview Process The candidate who selected in the mains exam will be called for Interview. The interview is taken by the coordinator of the participating banks. The interview section is of 100 marks.

  9. IBPS PO Exam Pattern The marks from the mains exam and Interview will be considered for the final selection and it will be in 80:20 ratio.
