IBPS PO Exam Pattern IBPS PO Preliminary Exam The preliminary exam is basically qualifying in nature. You must pass this exam to sit in the mains. To pass the preliminary exam you have to cross all three sectional cut-offs as well as the overall cut-off. The pre-exam has three sections: - 1. Quantitative Aptitude. – 30 marks 2. English Language. – 35 marks 3. Reasoning Ability. – 35 marks
IBPS PO Exam Pattern The total time duration in the Preliminary exam is One hour. 20 mins for each section The preliminary exam is off 100 marks and every year IBPS provides the cut-off list for all categories. If you passed the exam, then you are eligible to download the mains admit card.

IBPS PO Exam Pattern The Mains Exam consists of 5 sections:- 1. English language 2. Data Analysis and Interpretation 3. Reasoning and Computer Aptitude 4. General Awareness 5. English language (Letter writing)
IBPS PO Exam Pattern The total time duration is 3 hours 30 minutes for the mains exam. Each section is separately timed as well. There will be negative marking in both sections 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. You have to clear both sectional as well as an overall cut-off to crack the IBPS PO mains exam. The Final Interview Process The candidate who selected in the mains exam will be called for Interview. The interview is taken by the coordinator of the participating banks. The interview section is of 100 marks.
IBPS PO Exam Pattern The marks from the mains exam and Interview will be considered for the final selection and it will be in 80:20 ratio.
