CURRENTS AFFAIRS:The Supreme Court has established an uncommon seat for a pressing hearing on Monday against the felling of trees in the Aarey woodland in Maharashtra. The peak court on Sunday set up an uncommon seat based on a letter routed to the Chief Justice of India by one Rishav Ranjan against the cutting of the trees. The top court chose to enroll the letter as an open intrigue case. The peak court site posted a notice about holding a pressing hearing, expressing, "Pay heed that an extraordinary seat has been comprised to hear the issue tomorrow i.e October 7, 2019, at 10.00 AM based on a letter dated October 6, 2019, tended to by Rishav Ranjan with respect to felling of trees in Aarey backwoods, province of Maharashtra which has been enrolled as an open intrigue prosecution".
