    3. 8/8/2012 3 Competitive Analysis All of the Division III UW campuses that have Swimming and Diving and several schools in the Twin Cities area are among those you may be considering UWRF is rated as one of the best public universities with under 10,000 students in the nation as well as one of the best schools in the midwest of any size. It is also rated as one of the best values in education in the U.S. The UWRF Swimming and Diving team is an inclusive program that prides itself in the fact that about half of the current members were team captains in high school. We believe highly in the core values of the campus. Our priorities are health, education and swimming, and always in that order. The UWRF Swimming and Diving team competes in the toughest public school conference in the U.S. While we are currently in the bottom tier of the conference, the team is growing and improving quickly and very competitive among the Division III teams in the Twin Cities. We train in a small 5-lane pool that we use only for training purposes (home meets are at the River Falls High School pool).
