Reflective Model of Supervision A strength-based approach that provides the student with an opportunity to connect knowledge with practice through a four-step process that includes three modes of reflection: talking, writing, and viewing. This supervision process involves the supervisor guiding the student with probing questions during discussions and activities; and provides an opportunity for the student to view (videotapes) and reflect and expand upon their actions and behaviors.
