  5. NAT-Assist: Emergency Assistance Programme • Nat-Assist provides access to 24 hour emergency assistance services. This is applicable in the event of accidental breakage (not loss) of permanent fixtures or fittings of the insured building. • Nat-Assist will arrange for a service provider to attend to your emergency and pay up to the amount specified in the Table of Benefits to our approved service providers.
