What are centrioles made up of ? • Centrioles are made up of nine microtubule triplets in the picture bellow you can see that the nine microtubule's are spaced around the centriole.
Where is it located ? • Centrioles are only found in animal cells, they are located near the nucleus in the centrosome. The centrioles are positioned to right angles to each other as shown in the picture bellow
What is its Function? • Centrioles play the role of cell division When chromosomes divide, centrioles cells are in involed.
