WP3: Tasks and Deliverables for 2nd Year • D3.6 – “1stStudy on Research SMEs Access to Finance: Background Analysis” • Background analysis on the types of innovation finance, comparing public and private funding • A detailed profiling of innovative SMES from the ICT sector • Quantitative and qualitative analyses of indicators and statistics about the relationship between ICT SMEs and investors / funding

WP3: Tasks and Deliverables for 2nd Year • D3.7 – “2ndStudy on Research SMEs Access to Finance: Recommendations for SMEs and Other Stakeholders” • Desk research analysis on detailing private finance, differentiating debt and equity funding • A SWOT analysis of the main sources of private capital • To provide a basic and pragmatic guideline on how to select the right type of investor • How to approach investors • What are the most common mistakes when accessing finance

WP3: Tasks and Deliverables for 2nd Year • Task 3.8 – Confidential report on Policy Recommendations for changes to EU Framework Programme policy • It will establish policy recommendations for implementation at EU and Member State levels • For assisting SMEs in gaining access to investment finance through better matching of start-ups and investors

WP3: Deliverables • D3.8 – Confidential report on Policy Recommendations for changes to EU Framework Programme policy • Inputs will be obtained during the Policy Recommendations Workshop held at the ICT Finance MarketPlace participation in Tech Media Europe 2012 event the 26th of March in Lisbon
