Time Period • Hatshepsut was born in the 18th dynasty. This dynasty was also referred to as the new kingdom. Hatshepsut ruled from about 1479 to about 1458 BC

Achievements • Well Hatshepsut was a female and so she faced people not believing she could do things as a man could. So often times she dressed like a man to show the people that she was going to work like a man to make Egypt a better place. She even wore man headdresses.
