  6. 2. Lighting • Use good lighting • Try to use natural lighting when possible (rather than using the flash)

  10. 4.Composition-Rule of Thirds • Divide picture into 9 equal imaginary squares • Subject of photograph should be on the lines or near intersection of two lines, not directly in the center

  13. 5.Composition-Leading Lines • When the eyes see a photograph with a line in it, we follow the line. • Use leading lines as the subject of a photograph • Or, use leading lines to lead our eyes to the subject
