  4. Step 2:Create a new Database • Know how to: • Start Microsoft Access • Create a new database

  5. Points: 7.5 points Step 3 (7.5 POINTS):Import XML Files • Know how to: • Import structure and data from XML files

  6. Steps 4A-b (10 POINTS TOTAL):Create new tables • Know how to: • Create new tables in Design View • Select appropriate data types • Select primary keys • Enter data into records

  7. Step 5 (7.5 POINTS):Define Relationships • Know how to: • Create relationships involving single fields • Create relationships involving multiple fields • Require referential integrity • Apply cascade updates and cascade deletes

  8. Steps 6A-E (7.5 POINTS EACH):Queries • Know how to: • Select tables to use in the query • Specify fields • Create and format calculated fields • Use aggregate (totals) functions • Sort • Specify criteria • Use SQL queries
