  1. Do you want a real estate license?Or , Perhaps you have the desire to run your own Real estate company?

Well to get a real estate license • You need to find a company that is willing to hire you , then teach you the business • agencies give estate agents an opportunity to make an income using their resources • 1st resource is training systems • Coaching and Mentoring • 2nd resource is in house systems; • processes & policies • 3rd resource is Branding • And human capital ( Network) leverage.

How does the agents pay for training received. • Pay for training by making a direct deposit into the agency banking details or • Work for an estate agency on a fulltime basis • at 50-50% commission split as an intern • After qualifying , Upgrade to • 60 ..70 ..80 or even 100% commission split

Let us renew our minds • Nice houses , cars and clothing; are not expensive the reality is most people can’t afford them. • People who own these things have a knowledge that most people don’t have. • Summary of my real estate & business journey. • I gained experience at Realty.1 Elk head office, which had 110 franchises nationwide, between the years 2000-2002 • In 2005; I signed up for 12 months business coaching program @R3k p.m • 2014; I signed up for 6 months property investment with JT-Foxx spent R110k =R18k pm & 2015 signed up for Rich-Dad • 2017; I enrolled for six months commercial Real estate program worth R60k = R10k pm

To be successful, You must cause others to have what you want 1st • I served my mentor in buying investment properties for him & his sphere of influence • In 2014, I volunteered my services at Kaya fm for 2 years giving listeners weekly real estate knowledge • Then, went to Radio Pulpit for 4 months & eventually hosted my show@ ABR for 1yrs + • Today , I have my many friends who give me referral business.
