  2. A resident of Seattle, WA, Patrick Burns is a Pro-Tem Judicial officer who practices at Kent and Kirkland Municipal Courts. He is a knowledgeable and well qualified law practitioner who received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Washington in 1975. He then enrolled in Sound School of Law at the University of Puget. He also studied General Jurisdiction at National Judicial College.
