  2. Safety • Taking the proper precautions to avoid harm to anyone involved in any activity. OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Act • Created in 1970 • Ensures safe working conditions for employees

  3. Safety Instructions • We will prevent injures from teaching proper running and kicking motions • We will also teach sportsmanship so that the kids can learn important life lessens off the court as well as on the court • The injuries will be reported to our Human Resource person were they will document them in our records.

  4. Employee Rights • All employees are considered equals and will be treated as such when it comes to compensation when injuries occur • All work related injuries are handled seriously and professionally • We will give appropriate time off with doctor approval so that there will be no unfairness

  5. Training • No Discrimination class • Safety class • Proper work environment class • And a No Sexual Harassment class
