Further Hotline Development Trends • The growing number of people are using the website services and turning for the online counseling • The number of clients, who call repeatedly after the receipt of call-in services is increasing: approximately from 10% in 2003 to almost 30% in 2006. • Counselors ever more frequently perform the functions of distant case managers (this is especially related to medicinal treatment) • The number of clients, who turn for a specialized therapy is growing. • The number of calls from journalists has reduced: from 5-10 per month to 0 in the most recent months in 2006. • A very large amount of information at the Hotline calls for a special research or a regular analysis of the presumptions made by administration and counselors.
