  15. HEAT TREATMENT PLANT We have one of the best in house heat treatment plant (Continuous Mesh Belt Austempring furnace) with latest quality equipments. WASHER DIVISION 3 stage 1 stage –material heating Zone temp.-860 ± 5 ºC Z1,z2,z3,z4 18 min to 35 min Total length- 3500 mm conveyer speed 1150 2 stage- salt conveyer – 1150 Quenching Temp.-355 ± 5 ºC Time- 15~30 min Length-5000mm Speed- 100 mm/min 3 stage- washing Hot water Cold water Total cycle time- max 2 hours ,min 1 ½ hour
