  3. Paul Kwan (Maybank) earned his degree in Computer Engineering from Queen's University in 1987 and did M.A.Sc Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1990, Professional Engineer.

  4. Paul Kwan is a resourceful IT Professional known for his wide- ranging accomplishments. He is an experienced professional known for his familiarity with the dimensions of information technology.
