  5. TECHNOLOGY How it Works Today’s leading daily deal websites force consumers to purchase a coupon online. Once purchased they must print it out and present it to the merchant at checkout. This is an extremely slow and redundant process for the consumer and it causes several inconveniences for the merchant; such has having to train employees on how to accept coupons, look for fraud and deal with expiration dates, to name a few.   6. MERCHANT LISTING Presence in Your City Optimall merchants have immediate exposure to consumers who access their account from the login homepage. Consumers will have a visual listings, within in a 5 mile radius, in a variety of categories, including dining, entertainment, health and beauty, travel, clothing, any many other merchant and business products and services. The consumer map illustrates distances based on exact geographic locations and provides the offer or cash back incentive. When a member clicks on a specific merchant or business, they will be taken to dedicated page which provides the consumer with specific information relative to that business such as hours, website link, products/services and a company overview. In addition to listings, merchants can post events and send messages directly to consumers within their territory through our unique MMP (Merchant Management Portal). The login homepage also features a live scrolling review board so members can communicate with other members and make local suggestions. This exclusivity is granted within city boundaries. • Each sub-category within a category is exclusive to one representing business in each territory where Optimall exists.
