About Me. Michael Savia CIS-1020-063 I was born December 13, 1972, and raised in beautiful Southern Oregon I am a single parent to a 12 year old boy. I am studying Geology and I enjoy music, like ZZ Top. Work. I have worked in many different professions.

  1. About Me Michael Savia CIS-1020-063 I was born December 13, 1972, and raised in beautiful Southern Oregon I am a single parent to a 12 year old boy. I am studying Geology and I enjoy music, like ZZ Top.

  2. Work • I have worked in many different professions. • My first job was landscaping at around the age of 10. • My favorite job was doing R&D, which I lost when a corporation bought our small company and required a Bachelors degree or higher for the position. • I most recently served in the U.S Army.

  3. Interests • Above all I am interested in my family. • My career interest is in the Geosciences. • I enjoy music of all types. • My movie preference is old Westerns.

  4. Vacations • As a child I would spend my free time at the lake or river. • I spent a week in Puerto Vallarta in 1997. • I have been to Canada on several occasions for vacation. • I would like to see Hawaii, Japan, Italy and several other countries.

  5. Education • I attended High School at Eagle Point High School, home of the fighting Eagles. • My first year of College was at RCC. • My second year of College was at SLCC, where I received an Associates in Science. • I will be continuing on to get a Bachelors Degree.
