  2. Amos Daré, MD, FACS, is a Board Certified Neurosurgeon and Director of Neurosurgery at Wellington Regional Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut, and completed his surgical internship and residency in Neurological Surgery at New York University Hospitals and State University Hospital of New York, Buffalo. In addition, he did fellowship training at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Daré is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American \Medical Association, and the Palm Beach County Medical Society. Dr. Daré was recently inducted as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

  3. Aquatic Therapy Aquatic Therapy Program, located in the Wellington office, uses the physical properties of water to assist in healing and exercise performance. It is especially helpful in providing relief of low back and neck pain as well as strengthening and conditioning muscles. Physical Therapy Physical therapy is a conservative treatment which concentrates on one’s ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. The science of physical therapy rests on the belief that full and functional movement is key to a healthy body. Our therapists hold advanced degrees and are specially trained in rehabilitation for orthopedic and spine surgeries, movement impairment, functional limitation and musculoskeletal injuries.
