  8. 發光原理 • TFT-LCD面板為在兩片平行的玻璃中放置液晶，上層為彩色濾光片基板，下層為薄膜電晶體基板，透過電壓調控液晶旋轉的方向，改變光線明暗的變化。

  21. 生產製程(manufacturing process) • TFT-LCD的生產製程可分為三個主要製程：Array、Cell、Module • 因為製程特性不同，因而分為Array、Cell、Module三個廠區。 • 通常ArrayCell為連續製程，不會有不同世代互相調撥之情形。 • 各製程之主要限制： • Array—產能限制 (最重要，因設備十分昂貴) • Cell—產能限制 (通常產能會比Array大) • Module—物料限制 (物料Lead time長)
