  6. Development Thoughts • Do Your PME • Get a Master’s (if you don’t have the equivalent) • Be Certain to Broaden Your Leadership Experiences • Talk to Your Rater About Your Goals--and OPR Recs • Review Your Records--With A Senior Officer • Assure information in SURF is correct & current
