  11. Allocating Funds • Grant Reviewers rank and recommend projects to WSDOT • WSDOT matches appropriate federal and state funds to selected projects

  12. Timelines • Draft HSTP – Fall 2014 • Call for projects – Fall 2014 • Applications due – Nov. 19, 2014 • Project Evaluation – Winter 2015 • Project Award – Spring 2015 • Project Start – July 1, 2015
