Perineum &Genitalia • Anus: • Fissure , prolapse.. • Rectal examination: • Mass ,Stenosis ,blood, • Genitalia: • Labia adhision ,discharge, • Hypospadias ,Phymosis ,balantitis, • undescended testis ,hydrocele
Testis • 10 mm width & 15 mm length • Should lie in scrotal sac most of time • Differentiate hydrocele from inguinal hernia • Delayed puberty in boys:Nosighns of puberty by 14 y/o
Nervous System • State of consciousness: Unconsciouness ,aemiconsciouness ,drowsiness, alertness ,hyperexcitibility • Posture&Movement:Hypotonia ,Tremor, Tic, Convulsive movements,Abnormal gait,Palsy,Speech • Cranial nerve • Muscle tone • Sensation • Reflexes
