Fazit • Die ambitionierten EU-Ziele für den Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien in der EU erfordern einen effizienten Förderrahmen. • Der europäische Handel mit Herkunftsnachweisen stellt hierfür eine ausbaufähige Grundlage dar. • Industrie- und Strukturpolitik müssen mit anderen Instrumenten umgesetzt werden.
