  3. Clinic-Call is installed on PC’s in all Treatment and Consulting rooms for all users to have the facility to call their Patients. If you are logging into Clinic-Call for the first, double click on the Clinic-Call icon. The Clinic-Call Configuration Wizard will appear, click ‘Next’ to continue.

  4. Type in the name or IP Address of the Jayex Server, this is where you will be connecting to. Click on ‘Test’. Connection will be tested. If connection succeeded, click ‘OK’.

  5. The ‘Next’ button will become available, click ‘Next’ to continue. From the drop down list select the Clinician who is practicing on this PC.

  6. Click ‘OK’ to confirm Clinician. The Selected Clinician will now be able to see their appointments for that day.

  7. Calling a Patient When a Patient has been marked as ‘Arrived’ on X-Call reception, the Patient will show on Clinic-Call as ‘Wait’. Right click over the Patient you want to call and select ‘Call Patient’.

  8. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm this is the Patient your calling. The Patient will then be called to your LED or PCD.

  9. The Patient’s status on your list will change to ‘Called’. If the Patient did not respond to your call, you can recall. Right click over the Patient you called and select ‘Recall Patient’.
