5. Colon History 5/14/02 Gross rectal bleeding. Positive family history for CA colon. GI consult requested.
8/11/03 Anal abnormalities on exam and continued bright red bleeding. GI consult arranged.
4/15/04 Four anal surgeries for recurrent anal cancer.
