What is CCR? • The CCR has been established as a centralized database connecting all banks and almost all non-bank credit institutions (NBCIs); • Both negative and positive data on borrowers are kept in the database; • The CCR gathers the data on all loans of both - individuals and legal entities; • Banks and NBCIs are obliged to submit information on their clients’ credit liabilities to the CCR; • Banks and NBCIs may obtain information from the CCR in real time regime; • Borrowers may obtain their credit report free-of-charge based upon a relevant application to the CCR service; • The CCR has an interface with the centralized ID registry to identify borrowers; • The credit report of the registry presents the data on the quality of repayment for more than 24 months. www.cbar.az Centralized Credit Registry service

Non-bank credit organizations Coverage of the CCR At present, 41 of 43 commercial banks operating across the country use the CCR system.Branch net of 22 banks has completely joined the system.More than 750 users of 375 branches are using the system on-line. Commercial banks 24 of 27NBCIs are connected to the CCR.The work on connection of other NBCIs with relatively small loan portfolios to the CCR system is under way. www.cbar.az Centralized Credit Registry service
