Creating a mail merge in Sugar in RMA’s. You must be in the RMA module and looking at the list view, as per the image Search for the RMA you want to use Tick the box to the left, as per the image, and click on Mail Merge Choose Selected records. This should take you to the mail merge section

You must be in the RMA module and looking at the list view, as per the image • Search for the RMA you want to use • Tick the box to the left, as per the image, and click on Mail Merge • Choose Selected records
This should take you to the mail merge section • You have already selected your module • You need to select a template • Choose Service Report • Click on Next which is right over on the right hand side
This mail merge takes information from the RMA module and from the Contacts module, so you need to add the contacts module, as per the image • Click on Next again on the right hand side
You don’t need to change anything on this screen, just click on Next on the right hand side again
This is the last step, again you do not need to change anything • Click on Begin Merge • This should open Word and merge a template with the info from Sugar
