  2. Food Issues • Food will be at the Graduate Cup 11:30pm to 12pm • Food will remain at the front of law school for the rest of day

  3. Safety • Players with medical conditions should bring necessary medications with them (ex: Asthma – Inhaler) • Please remember no hanging jewelry (earrings, necklaces) • Stay hydrated, please bring your own water • Bring towels, sunscreen and sunglasses as deemed necessary

  4. Opening/Closing Agenda • Opening • 9:00am to 9:10am Introduction Wanika – Introduce GSA E-Board/ Graduate Cup Commission Members  • 9:10am to 9:20am Blue in the Face • 9:20am to 9:30am Team Introductions • Closing • 3:00pm to 3:10pm Nittany Lion Introduction • 3:10pm to 3:25pm Awards Presentation • 3:25pm to 3:30pm Closing Remarks 

  5. T-Shirt Disbursement • When T-shirts come in the Graduate Cup Commission will notify team captains to pick up shirts at 315 HUB Team Name

  6. Volunteers/Referees • Volunteers and referees will be in white t-shirts • Please ask them for help and assistance

  7. Car Pooling • People can park in the Lewis Katz Parking Lot • We encourage teams to car pool • Teams are allowed to bring food and supplies
