Please return this form to your 6th grade teacher, along with the registration form! If you select the A hour, summer school, or test out option, we will contact you by the end of the school year, to confirm your participation.

Junior High Athletics 1st quarter: boys’ basketball, girls’ soccer, Wrestling 2nd quarter: baseball, softball, badminton 3rd quarter: volleyball, coed flag football, cross country 4th quarter: girls’ basketball, boys’ soccer This is a no-cut program.
SJHS ACADEMIC RESOURCES Extended Day Program: 1 hour after school DAILY Talk to your teacher! Ask them for help before or after school. Just set up an appointment. Teacher phone #’s and emails are available on Shepherd’s website.
Develop good study habits! • Organize your notebook • have a pocket for each subject • Write in your planner every day • check your planner at night • Do your homework daily – study notes if you have no homework assigned • Get help as soon as you don’t understand something…don’t wait!
Things to do this summer • Look for registration package in the mail in July. • Attend Planet Shepherd! (fliers will be sent out later in the semester) • Get your ID card! (Will be in the mail after your parents have sent your registration back to Shepherd) • See you in August!
