New Feature 1 • Plan Templates are now divided into the following patient populations – Adult, OB, Pediatrics, and NICU, allowing end users to search Templates according to patient population.
New Feature 2 • A new patient goal automatically adds education templates to the Patient Education activity. • CURRENTLY: users have to select the intervention called Assess, Monitor, Detect, Prevent, and/or Modify to add education automatically. • NEW FEATURE: users will have to select the GOAL called Verbalize Understanding: Condition, plan of care, self management of health/lifestyle alterations
New Feature 3 • 12 New Therapy Goals • To add any of these goals to an existing Patient Plan Template, simply modify the problem, add the appropriate goal, and indicate the Discipline responsible for documenting on the goal
New Feature 4 • Five new HUMAN RESPONSE Templates have been added. –(click on Apply Template to activate)
New Feature 5 • New Medical Diagnosis Templates have been added: (click on Apply Template to activate)
New Feature 6 • New Postpartum Templates have been added: (click on Apply Template to activate) • Postpartum Following Vaginal Delivery • Postpartum Following Cesarean Section Delivery
New Feature 7 • New Education Titles have been added: (Use the Add Title button to manually add a Teaching Title to the Patient Education)
